Nick and I had a deal worked out for a new MB I had plus cash for his stuff, this trade was pretty squirrely, my NIB mb ended up being defective, so I sent a replacement which Nick said was fine.

Then I lost contact with him for over a month and he had some family probs which I took in consideration.
He finally made contact and said he would be shipping the Biostar back so I could RMA it, that's been 3 weeks ago and doesn't answer emails now.

Edit : finally got the Biostar MB back from Nick 2/10/2011, couldn't reproduce the problem he was having but I didn't have the same processor either
